April 1, 2007 – GenComm, a global provider of test and measurement solutions for the field service and maintenance of wireless networks, today announced an agreement with JDSU that enables both companies to take advantage of new wireless test and measurement growth opportunities. It also further enhances JDSU's position as a major source for wireless solutions, including providing service quality assurance.

The agreement strengthens the ability of both companies to deliver test and measurement solutions for the service and maintenance of established 2G networks and the adoption of new technologies such as 3G and WiMax. The agreement allows JDSU to sell GenComm’s wireless network test products on a worldwide basis. It also enables JDSU to leverage its expertise and innovation to help support the direction of GenComm’s research and development (R&D) investment and focus.
